Pre-Match Warm-up
Preparation is the key to success in anything and goalkeeping is no different. A good warm-up to prepare for matches is just as important as the game itself. By ensuring quality preparation is in place, you set the tone to produce quality in the game too. However, many goalkeepers go into games with limited warm-up and preparation, if any warm-up at all.

Our aim is to improve this and set the standard higher for our goalkeepers.
We offer a pre-match warm-up service, run by one of our goalkeeper coaches attending a match and leading a full goalkeeping warm-up with the extent varying for the age group of the goalkeeper.

Match Analysis
Every player trains to play, preparing themselves for games therefore we believe training is where players need to work the hardest. However, training is only 50% of the battle, as the end product is the game performance. We offer match analysis, where we visit goalkeeper’s games to analyse their performance, help with advice & improvements, and even provide a written match report on the individual post-game. We use our own specifically designed observation templates to record individual match information and use our specifically designed written report that links into the FA's DNA feedback techniques.

Video Analysis 
The extended option is Video analysis; we record the goalkeeper's game via video camera during live play and then post-game the recorded footage is reviewed and notational analysis made from the video ready to provide extended and detailed information in the debrief to the goalkeeper for future development and training. This is combined with the match analysis detailed above and this can be requested as part of the match analysis. We then provide a debrief of the observation at a convenient time for goalkeeper during a FREE 30-minute session for debrief and development session.
